Downdraft Tables for Industrial Extraction are work benches used for the abatement and filtration of dust, fumes, oil mists, solvents and odours in various production sectors. Mechanical and steel industries, manufacturing, chemical and petrochemical industries, cement factories, dyeing plants, weaving mills, paper mills, cotton mills , power plants and waste treatment plants.
The DENA BAS-V suction bench, ideal for grinding, welding, painting, applying adhesives, and in all processes where fumes and dust are produced which, if inhaled, put the health of operators at risk. To keep the working environment safe and clean, pollutants must be captured effectively via the suction bench; in fact, thanks to the uniform suction from below and front, the operator does not inhale any toxic substances. The bench can be customized with different types of platforms and gratings, depending on the work to be carried out.
The machine is equipped with a cartridge filter, having an adequate filtering surface, the cleaning system is automatic: in fact it is equipped with a compressed air tank for cleaning the cartridge, therefore the operator is facilitated in his work, saving time. Final filtration with HEPA filter is available as an option.
The spark separator fitted as standard, with a length equal to the size of the work surface, performs an essential function, protecting the cartridge from sparks and blunt objects and ensuring that the particles sucked in do not clog the filter. The fan integrated into the structure makes the BAS-V a complete and versatile machine.

It is possible to customize it with different types of platforms and gratings, depending on the work to be carried out. The Bapl model features lateral air expulsion upwards and an integrated control panel with electrical and pneumatic sockets to allow the connection of tools such as grinding wheel, deburring machine, satin machine etc.
