Spray Booths & Painting Booths. The paint booth is a type of product that allows you to apply any type of paint to any surface.

The available models are: pressurized, dry like a veil of water to powder. The pressurized version, for example, allows you to work in an extremely clean environment because you work with a slight overpressure of the air. As such this keeps impurities outside and in this way a very high quality of painting is guaranteed.

Paint booths with powder technology are suitable for painting small or large components. Therefore ideal for small series production or in-line production. Also available are versions with dust recovery via a recovery separator cyclone and peristaltic valves. This conveys the dust into the appropriate recovery tanks.

Spray Booth Technology

Depending on the application and the product to be painted, different painting technologies are available: our products satisfy any need for industrial painting on wood, metal or plastic.

The powder coating booth, manual or automatic, allows, with the electrostatic spray system, to obtain a final painting with double thickness compared to liquid painting. The automatic systems are composed of a transport chain for the components to be painted. Additionally a washing system from the polymerization oven and the application compartments, where the dust is collected. Depending on needs, they can be built with a filter or cyclone for single or multi-layer paint. Manual painting booths are used for low production volumes and can be integrated into automatic systems. Different configurations are available depending on the customer’s needs.
